Permin Aida Fabric 16 Count is a premium 100% cotton embroidery fabric designed for cross stitch and other counted-thread needlework. Its clearly defined woven squares make it easy to count and position stitches accurately, providing a reliable foundation for detailed hand embroidery.
This ivory Aida has 6.4 threads per cm, equivalent to 16 count, giving a slightly finer stitch than the commonly used 14 count Aida. The soft ivory colour provides a warm, neutral alternative to bright white and works particularly well with traditional, floral, vintage-inspired and natural colour palettes.
Each pack contains one pre-cut piece measuring 43 x 50 cm (17 x 19½ inches), giving you a useful amount of fabric for cross stitch pictures, samplers, ornaments and other counted embroidery projects.

Instructions for Use
Choose a cross stitch or counted-thread design suitable for 16 count Aida. Before stitching, find the centre of the fabric and your design, allowing sufficient fabric around the finished embroidery for framing or your chosen finishing method.
Work your stitches through the clearly defined holes in the Aida weave, following your chosen chart or pattern.
